Furthermore, in the event of a breach of this Agreement, FieldsONE reserves the right to restrict or suspend the use of FieldsONE products in whole or in part without refunding paid service fees, as well as to pursue legal action.
FieldsONE provides no warranties regarding the performance, functionality, or suitability of its services or related software. Users expressly agree that the use of FieldsONE services is at their own risk. The following disclaimers apply to FieldsONE services:

6.9 Security Limitations and Technical Risks
