Terms of Service

By accessing, using, installing, or downloading MajnoonONE products, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by and fully comply with them. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of MajnoonONE products, and you acknowledge that these terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal electronic contract between you and us. If you do not agree, do not access, install, download, or use MajnoonONE products.

1. Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between MajnoonONE and you (the user of MajnoonONE products).

You may use MajnoonONE products only if you are at least 18 years old, possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into an agreement with MajnoonONE, and are compliant with applicable laws. MajnoonONE reserves the right to assign these terms and conditions to any third party at its sole discretion, subject to notifying you.

2. License

MajnoonONE hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use MajnoonONE products solely in accordance with the terms of this Usage Agreement. MajnoonONE reserves all rights, titles, and interests not expressly granted under this license to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer the license granted to you herein, and any attempt to sublicense, assign, or transfer any part of your rights under this Agreement is void.

You hereby represent and warrant that you will use MajnoonONE products or services solely for privacy and security needs and in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules. You shall not consent to, authorize, or encourage any third party to:

(i) Prevent others from using MajnoonONE products;
(ii) Use MajnoonONE products for any fraudulent, improper, or illegal purpose (e.g., cyber activities);
(iii) Act in any manner that violates this Agreement.

You agree that you and any other users you grant access to will not engage in any of the following activities:

1. Sending or receiving unsolicited and/or commercial emails, promotional materials, "spam," "junk mail," "chain letters," or "pyramid schemes" that violate laws;
2. Exploiting, possessing, producing, receiving, transporting, or distributing any illegal content, including but not limited to any depiction of child pornography;
3. Uploading, possessing, receiving, transmitting, or distributing any copyrighted, trademarked, or patented content that you do not own or lack written consent or permission from the content owner;
4. Forging headers or otherwise manipulating email identifiers to obscure or mislead the origin of content;
5. Interfering with services for any other user, client, host, or network, thereby degrading service quality for other clients and users;
6. Using the service to conduct denial-of-service ("DoS") attacks against any third party or MajnoonONE;
7. Accessing data, systems, or networks without the written consent of the system or network owner, including attempting to probe, scan, or test system or network vulnerabilities or breach security or authentication measures;
8. Transmitting any abusive, bullying, threatening, or material that encourages physical harm, property damage, defamation of third parties, or promotes animal abuse (via email, uploads, posts, or otherwise);
9. Performing any activity intended to interfere with MajnoonONE’s functionality or adversely affect the quality and functionality of MajnoonONE services for other users, including abusing the capability for unlimited simultaneous device connections (e.g., through resale, non-personal use, or other violations of the license provided herein).

To maintain a good user experience for all, we may contact you to discuss the situation and possible alternatives if we detect potential abuse of the unlimited simultaneous device policy. If such activity persists, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend your use of MajnoonONE at our sole discretion.

3. Data

MajnoonONE values your privacy and strives to uphold it. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our products. MajnoonONE does not collect or use any personal data to deliver MajnoonONE products. To learn more about how MajnoonONE collects and uses data, please read our Privacy Policy. MajnoonONE does not store data within its products that allows interference with your personal data. For all operations involving stored personal data, MajnoonONE collaborates with third-party providers who store the data separately; for more information, we recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy.

4. Product Modifications and Updates

MajnoonONE may modify MajnoonONE products at any time at its sole discretion, such as adding or removing features through software updates. MajnoonONE may provide limited technical support, upgrades, and updates for its products at its discretion. To enhance and further develop MajnoonONE products, we may automatically download and install updates and upgrades from time to time. You hereby agree to receive such updates and upgrades while using MajnoonONE products. We are under no obligation to provide you with any supported version of MajnoonONE products. Additionally, we are not obligated to provide support or maintenance for services under this Agreement.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

As MajnoonONE products are accessible worldwide, you commit to ensuring that your use complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. You agree to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and rules and warrant that you will not, and will not permit any third party to, use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree and warrant that you will not, and will not permit third parties to:

1.Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, reconstruct, convert, or extract any part of MajnoonONE products (including but not limited to related malware signatures and detection routines);
2.Alter, modify, or otherwise change MajnoonONE products (including but not limited to related malware signatures and detection procedures);
3.Publish, resell, distribute, broadcast, transmit, disseminate, transfer, pledge, rent, share, or sublicense MajnoonONE products;
4.Use MajnoonONE products to provide or build products or services competitive with MajnoonONE;
5.Use or attempt to use MajnoonONE products to upload, store, or transmit any data, information, or material that: infringes third-party intellectual property or other rights; contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material; or damages, disables, or impairs the operation of MajnoonONE products in any way;
Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to MajnoonONE products, networks connected to them, or content stored or transmitted through them, via hacking, spoofing, or attempts to circumvent firewalls or other security measures.

When the use of MajnoonONE products violates these terms or applicable laws, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including cooperating with public or private institutions as required by law.

Furthermore, in the event of a breach of this Agreement, MajnoonONE reserves the right to restrict or suspend the use of MajnoonONE products in whole or in part without refunding paid service fees, as well as to pursue legal action.

6. Disclaimer

MajnoonONE provides no warranties regarding the performance, functionality, or suitability of its services or related software. Users expressly agree that the use of MajnoonONE services is at their own risk. The following disclaimers apply to MajnoonONE services:

6.1 User Identity and Privacy

MajnoonONE is not responsible for identity leaks, IP address exposure, or other privacy issues that may occur during use. Users are responsible for taking additional measures (e.g., enabling multi-layer encryption, avoiding sensitive operations on public networks) to protect their online activities and privacy.

Users acknowledge that while MajnoonONE services aim to enhance online privacy, they do not guarantee complete anonymity or circumvention of all network monitoring.

6.2 Server Availability and Performance

MajnoonONE does not warrant the availability, connection stability, speed, or performance of any servers within its network, including interruptions caused by server overload, geographic restrictions, or third-party network interference.

MajnoonONE does not guarantee the availability or unlocking functionality of specific websites or services accessed by users.

6.3 Service Interruptions and Compatibility

MajnoonONE does not guarantee that its services will always be available or uninterrupted. Users may experience service disruptions due to internet connectivity, third-party restrictions (e.g., ISP or network operator interference), or system updates.

MajnoonONE does not guarantee compatibility with all devices, networks, or hardware configurations. Users must ensure their devices and systems meet the minimum requirements for the software.

6.4 Data Integrity and Protection

MajnoonONE does not promise complete protection for data, information, or content transmitted over the internet. Users must take necessary measures (e.g., encrypted transmission, data backups) to protect sensitive information.

In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., network outages, server failures, device issues), users may face data loss or leaks.

6.5 Third-Party Content and Services

Any third-party content or services accessed via MajnoonONE are provided by respective third parties. MajnoonONE is not responsible for their accuracy, security, or privacy.

Downloads, access, transfers, or interactions conducted through MajnoonONE may involve content that infringes third-party copyrights or violates laws. MajnoonONE bears no liability for this.

6.6 Legal and Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of MajnoonONE services complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction or the region they access.

In certain countries or regions, the use of MajnoonONE may be restricted, prohibited, or deemed illegal. MajnoonONE is not liable for consequences arising from violations of local laws or usage rules.

6.7 Abuse and Illegal Activities

MajnoonONE expressly prohibits users from engaging in the following activities using its services:

1.Conducting hacking, DDoS attacks, or other cybercrimes;
2.Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content;
3.Transmitting illegal content (e.g., copyrighted files, pornography);
4.Engaging in other unlawful activities or infringing third-party rights.

MajnoonONE bears no responsibility for legal or financial liabilities arising from service misuse.

6.8 Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events

MajnoonONE is not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, network blocks, government intervention, or third-party service outages).

6.9 Security Restrictions and Technical Risks

Users acknowledge that while MajnoonONE enhances privacy, it cannot eliminate risks of cyberattacks, data breaches, or network monitoring.

MajnoonONE is not responsible for network insecurity caused by user configuration errors (e.g., leaking real IP addresses or DNS requests).

6.10 Customer Support Limitations

MajnoonONE provides limited technical support and is not liable for issues caused by user system configurations, third-party software conflicts, or inherent software limitations.

MajnoonONE does not guarantee resolution of all issues following a support request.

6.11 Restrictions on Commercial or Enterprise Use

Users may not use MajnoonONE services for large-scale commercial or enterprise purposes without explicit authorization. MajnoonONE bears no liability for consequences arising from unauthorized commercial use.

7. Revisions

MajnoonONE may periodically review and update this Usage Agreement, with the latest version always published on our website. You understand and agree that you are obligated to review these terms periodically to stay informed of current rules and obligations. Notice of material changes will be provided via website updates or other prominent means. Your continued use of the content or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Final Terms

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect its original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or term of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or term, nor shall it be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
